Bicentenary Celebration
May 21st – Minster Service (13:45)
The entire school will attend a service in the Minster to commemorate the starting of Manor School on May 21st, 1812.

This promises to be a spectacular event and all parents are welcome to attend along with any ex-students, parents and staff.
Please contact the school for tickets (free of charge) from 16th April.
School on this day will stop for lunch at 11AM and all students will be transported to the Minster from 11:45 onwards. Details of these arrangements have been sent to parents and are available here for years 7 and 8, and here for years 9 and 10

The Manor Book, celebrating our 200th anniversary, is now available to buy at a price of £10 per copy. Packed in its 104 pages are over 350 photographs and 30,000 words telling the full story of Manor Church of England Academy from its humble beginnings to present day successes. Together with anecdotes from former students spanning the last 80 years, this is a fascinating glimpse into the many lives shaped from the values by which the school continues to be run.
